Early registration is now open for the 2025 Western Conference of Public Service Commissioners (WCPSC), held June 1-4, 2025, in Portland, Oregon—The Rose City!

All conference participants and paid guests can attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday and the Tuesday reception at Oregon’s World Forestry Center Museum nestled in beautiful Washington Park. Space is limited for the World Forestry Center dinner to the first 240 guests, so register early!

Discounted Guest Room Rates at the Hilton Portland Downtown available until May 6
Once registered for the conference, you’ll receive a link to secure a discounted guest room at the Hilton Portland Downtown, where all meetings will be held. These discounted rates, which are $199 for a single-King or two-doubles, are available until sold out and there is a three-night minimum, which must include Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, June 1-3.

Want to stay longer and enjoy what Oregon has to offer? Group room rates will be offered to WCPSC attendees, based on contracted room type and rate availability, three days before and three days after the official event dates (June 1-4). The pre-and post-night reservations will NOT apply to the minimum three-night stay. The deadline for the discounted rate is May 6, 2025, or until all rooms are filled.

Guest Registration
Planning to bring a guest who will NOT attend the conference but plans to attend the Sunday Welcome Reception and/or the World Forestry Center Reception and Dinner on Tuesday? Look for the separate registration link included in your conference registration confirmation email.
